Math puzzles to fry your brain

Me and mathematics/statistics are good friends. We don't demand much of one another and we have good fun together sometimes. If we got all demanding and particular, there would be some bad outcomes.

So, I do enjoy math puzzles such as these, but I don't let my brain explode if I can't immediately solve one. Take the same good advice - have fun, not an aneurysm!

  1. Some of these aren't math problems so much as spotting the flaw in the description. The one about "the three men paid $25 and the bellboy kept $2" --what the bellboy kept is part of what the men paid, you can't add them together.
Some of them, of course, are actual math problems, and thus beyond my capabilities.
