BC (Vancouver, Victoria, Okanagan valley, Similkameen valley), Ontario (Northern and Southeastern), Alberta (Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Drumheller), Saskatchewan (most of it), PEI (Charlottetown), New Brunswick, Quebec (Quebec City and Montreal). Canada is amazing, if you get out into the country and see it.

Four of my favourite meals:

1. Christmas Dinner: Turkey, my Mum's stuffing, turnips, mashed potatos, gravy, carrots, fresh bread, wine, salad, vegetable juice, pumpkin pie and fresh whipped cream.
2. My own chili. Never the same twice - some hot, some sweet. Some with hamburger, some with steak. Some with chick peas. Beans - red kidney, dark red kidney, white kidney, black beans, romano beans, plain old navy beans in tomato sauce. Some with peanuts. Some with honey or green relish (seems odd, but works). Peppers - green, red, cayenne, jalapeno, habanero, bell, scotch bonnet, etc. Onions (when preparing the meat). Garlic. Chili powder. Cumin. Curry powder. A hint of Paprika. Fresh ground pepper. Corn sometimes - white or yellow. Crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, tomato sauce.
3. Tacos or Fajitas. I love the whole 'dead cow', dairy, corn based shell, a bit of vegetable, and heat routine.
4. Indian - Chicken Dansak, Butter Chicken, Beef Madras or Vindaloo, Alu Gobi Masala, Papadum, Garlic Nan, Mango Lhasi, Palao or a Biryani, Beef Samosa, some Galub Jamun for dessert.
